CHARGES :

• The audit fee; is based on the official hourly rate of M-AUDIT considering our expected input, in the form of annual fee to be invoiced monthly on pro-rata basis. The official list of charges is available on our homepage: www.m-audit.hu. (For information, our audit hourly rate is at the moment EUR 95/hour excluding VAT.) Depending on the size of the company and the volume of the audit task, the annual rate paid by companies audited by us is between EUR 1800 and EUR 8000 excluding VAT.
• The flat consultation fee; for consultating activity we generally charge a monthly flat fee, which is calculated based on a Client require and discounted hourly rates.( The monthly flat fee includes as well as providing regular information by means of circulars.)
• Ad-hoc services fee; we specify the charge for due diligence, for audit of company transformation and for internal audits according to pre-estimation of the task scope as a fixed price or as a maximum price.
