PROFESSIONAL BACKGROUND

The audit company M-Audit, founded in 1990, has been a member of the Hungarian Audit Chamber since the Chamber was established in 1996. It performs the audit activity with a stable and prepared professional background consisting of four registered auditors and four audit assistants and three tax consultants. We have more than a 15-year book-keeping and taxation experience that is well-founded, up to date and extensive, as well as it can be used with the required efficiency during our revision and audit tasks.

We are continuously at our clients' disposal - depending on our clients' requirements - for consultation regarding taxes, contributions, as well as taxation and accounting matters concerning our clients. On request we can undertake to make written expert opinion and asking for official standpoint.

On extra request we can do examining international financial reports (IAS, IFRS, US GAAP, UK GAAP, etc.).

Within the framework of our service, we consider it important to examine the reliability, authenticity and regularity of the accounting information and documents and whether the related regulations have been respected, as well as to support to our best knowledge the investors and company managers with useful advice in their efforts to realise their interests, should they require so.
